This statement explains how Antan Cybersecurity Services (ACS)(“we”, “us”), the consulting practice of Antonio Spera, collects, uses, and protects personal information through this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
What we collect
This website does not have a contact form. You can reach Antonio directly by email or LinkedIn, and any personal information you choose to include in those messages is handled by him directly. Our privacy-respecting analytics do not use cookies and do not collect personal information.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Security
This site enforces a strict Content Security Policy and modern transport security (HSTS), and does not use tracking cookies. Email correspondence is carried by your email provider under its own security. LinkedIn is a third-party platform with its own privacy policy, which governs any information you share there.
Storage and retention
Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a reasonable record, after which it is deleted. We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to prevent unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or to ask us to delete your information, email aspera@antan.co.nz.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you may contact us directly, or raise a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

We may update this statement from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
