Last updated 26 May 2026
This statement explains how Antan Cybersecurity Services (ACS)(“we”, “us”), the consulting practice of Antonio Spera, collects, uses, and protects personal information through this website. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to provide through the contact form, your name, organisation (optional), email address, the engagement type you select, and the content of your message. Our privacy-respecting analytics do not use cookies and do not collect personal information.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Anti-spam and security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from automated abuse. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered by email via our processor, Resend. This site enforces a strict Content Security Policy and modern transport security.
Storage and retention
Enquiry emails are retained only as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, after which they are deleted. We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to prevent unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or to ask us to delete your information, email aspera@antan.co.nz.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you may contact us directly, or raise a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
